Oklahoma County Community At-Risk System (OCARS!)

The Community At-Risk Services for Oklahoma County is funded by the Department of Juvenile Affairs.  We provide services to youth between 9-17½ years of age. The services provided are: individual rehabilitation, tutoring, mentoring, and family support.
